A. Lavern Wallace

A. Lavern Wallace, age 94, of  Monclova, Ohio, formerly of Tecumseh, MI, passed away June 25, 2015.  Lavern was born October 9, 1920  in Herod, Illinois, the daughter of Joe and Elzie (Crabb) Partain.  On March 13, 1941, she married Troy L. Wallace in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  Lavern was a loving mother and grandmother that will be greatly missed.  She was a longtime faithful member of Tecumseh Missionary Baptist Church.  Lavern is survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and a brother Harold Partain.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy; son, Kenny and daughter, Barbara Wiemer.  Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Friday, July 3, 2015 at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Rev. Brian Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh.  Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 P. M.
