Ronald Edmond Burrell, age 52, of Lincoln Park, MI, passed away December 1, 2016, at Henry Ford Hospital, Wyandotte, MI. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Karlyn N. Burrell & Edmond "Sonny" Fox, a Brother Maurice and Sister Rebecca; Grandfather & Grandmother Alfred Sr., & Lena Mae Burrell; four Uncles, Alfred, Jr., James and Lafayette “Mack” Burrell, Emmett Winters; three Aunts, Barbara Mims, Phyllis Yeboah and Alfreda Winters mother in law and father in law, J. D. Smith & Classie Smith, brother in law, James Smith and sister in law, JoAnn Smith.  Ronald leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Joyce Burrell, Goddaughter, Marquita Harris, his sister, Robbie Burrell of Southgate, his brother, Robert Lee Burrell of Ecorse, brother in law, Lacy Smith of Toledo, OH, sister in law, Barbara Patterson of Adrian, MI, four Aunts, Juanita Cooper of Chicago, Mary P. Collier of New Jersey, Jessie Mae Burrell, Lincoln Park, Angeline Burrell of Lincoln Park, three Uncles, Raymond Yeboah of Lincoln Park, Leron Mims of Ohio, and Leonard Collier of New Jersey; Great Uncle & Aunt Jimmy & Mabel Rush of Chicago, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, a host of cousins and friends.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, December 10, 2016, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI with Pastor Lynn Jackson & Pastor Russell Henagan officiating.  Visitation will also be on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of service at the J.
