My sincere condolences to the family. I am sorry to hear of your loss. It was never the Creator’s purpose for mankind to suffer (Romans 5:12). I hope you will be comforted by the "God of all comfort" who promises to comfort us (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). If you would like more information as to why we die please visit jw.org under Publications (Tracts) Can the dead really live again?

We are very sorry for your loss and our condolences to all. The pain of death can be overwhelming no matter what the age. The Bible provides comfort during difficult times. We are promised at 1 Corinthians 15:26 that very soon "death will be brought to nothing." Then we have the prospect of being reunited with our loved ones right here on earth. - Psalm 37:10, 11. We hope this brings you comfort and hope.

Dear Mom, You were my best friend and though you were taken way too early to look after me from above, I am blessed I had my best friend with me for 33 years. Not a day will go by that I won't wish you were here instead of with angels, but I know you will look after me and I'll see you soon as god is ready and you say it's ok. Until then, know that I will look after Dad and our family and make you proud. So don't worry I'll hold down the fort until Dad and you reunite, but know that we all will miss you like crazy and love you more than we ever could have expressed. P.S. I'm in good hands as you know as you got to meet the love of my life and I know Ashley will ease your heart when you think of who will replace you as the glue in our family. I know you approve of your replacement and that will give us the strength and will to carry on. Loving you always and forever your son, Joshua Thomas.
