William Vaughn III Obituary

William Henry Vaughn III “Butch”, of Adrian, MI, passed away on June 11, 2026 at his home, peacefully in his sleep.  Butch was born in great falls Montana to William II and Dorothy Vaughn on September 6, 1963.  He also had a step father, Ramon Correa of Adrian, MI, who was his father since age of one year old.   He went to high school at Madison High School.  He enjoyed all sports  and played baseball and basketball while in school.  Butch was a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan his entire life.  Butch is survived by his three sisters, Fay Henning of Willard, Ohio, Mona, Leininger of Wauseon, Ohio and Danielle Correa of Van Wert, Ohio.  He also was a proud uncle of, Daniel Henning, Joshua Henning, Jonathan Byers, Derrick Pinter, Zachary Correa, Mia Leininger and Sammy Leininger.  He was preceded in death by his father William Vaughn; mother, Dorothy Vaughn Correa; step father Ramon Correa; two sisters, Elizabeth Byers and Renee Vancil; and brother, Ramon Correa, Jr.; nephews, Harley Byers Jr. nd Andrew Byers. There will be no Memorial Service at the request of Butch.  Memorial donations may be made to Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N.
