William "Bill" McKimmy

William "Bill" McKimmy,  age 75, of Cement City, MI, passed away, December 21, 2022, at home with his family. He was born April 17, 1947, in Tecumseh, MI, the son of Boyd & Minnie (Burgett) McKimmy.  Bill retired from the Addison Public Schools as their bus mechanic. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. Bill enjoyed competing in the demolition derby and the figure eight at the local county fairs.  Bill is survived by his children, Kenny (Angie) McKimmy of Medina, Jody McKimmy of Hudson, Sue (Steve) Wright of Hudson, Diane (Joe) Varga of Cement City and Becky McKimmy of Adrian; his girlfriend, Rocksanne Voigt; thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; three sisters, Betty (Leroy) Riniger, Laura "Sis" Gestwite and Ellen Francis; two brothers, Boyd (Debbie) McKimmy and Ernie (Polly) McKimmy; sister in law, Debbie McKimmy; and numerous nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyd & Minnie McKimmy; daughter, Patricia McKimmy; one sister, Elizabeth Green; and one brother, Roger McKimmy.  Per William's wishes there will be no viewing.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to J.
