Virginia "Jenny" Spaulding

Virginia "Jenny" Spaulding, age 63, of Jasper, MI, passed away peacefully, November 6, 2019, surrounded by her family. Jenny was born July 9, 1956, in Toledo, OH, to William & Thelma Farley. Jenny married her best friend Rickey Spaulding and together they shared many wonderful adventures. Jenny loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was a friend to all she knew and her laughter was contagious. She loved to dance, sing and have fun spending time with her family & friends. Jenny was a devoted mother & grandmother and her love for her family was undeniable.  Jenny is survived by her husband, Rickey Spaulding, her daughter; Mellisa Opel (Alex Miles), her grandsons; Jason Opel and Trevor Opel, her mother; Thelma (Howard) Winfrey, three sisters; Linda Williams, Liz Farley and Margaret Prevost, two brothers; William (Lisa) Farley, Jr. and Stanley Farley and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, William Farley, Sr.  Viewing & Visitation will be on Sunday, November 10, 2019, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI with Pastor Christy Shaw officiating.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J.
