Virginia Cook Obituary
Virigina Louise Cook age 96, of Tecumseh passed away August 31, 2022 at the Hospice of Lenawee. Virginia was born October 11, 1925 in Hillsdale, Michigan the daughter of William and Louise (Stahlhood) Waldner. On December 16, 1941 in Hillsdale she married the love of her life J.D. Cook he preceded her February 21, 2012.
In her spare time she loved sewing, playing tennis and golf.
She is survived by her son, Michael Cook of Adrian and sister, Janet Wineland of Reading.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Cook; son, Jonathan Cook; parents, William and Louise Waldner; sisters, Barbara Cooper and Nancy Elliott.
Funeral gathering will be 12:00 P. M. - 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the Purse Martinez Funeral Home, Tecumseh. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh.
