Victoria Proffitt

Victoria Proffitt, age 70, of Adrian, MI, passed away, May 28, 2018, at Magnum Care of Adrian. Vickie was born April 22, 1948, in Adrian, MI. She worked for Roto Plastics for 20 years. She enjoyed cookouts and being with family.  Vickie is survived by three daughters, Angela (James) McCarley of Adrian, Connie Diaz of Adrian and Alice Herzberg of Jackson, one son, Clayton Proffitt, Jr. of Adrian, four sisters, Cathy McCarley, Patty (Tim) McCarley, Mary Evans of Alabama and Linda Lopez of Saginaw, five brothers, Jimmy Sheldon of Adrian, Andy Shelden of Morenci, Toby Sheldon of Florida,Robert Schwyn of Kalamazoo and Kevin Tuttle of Missouri, six grandchildren, Ashley Proffitt of Adrian, Erica Burciaga of Adrian, Jeremy Gushard of Adrian, Justin McCarley of Adrian, four great grandchildren, Kavon Proffitt, Skylar Burciaga, Braden Burciaga and Carter Burciaga, a special nephew, Sammy McCarley Jr. of Adrian.  The family would like to thank her loving sister Cathy McCarley for taking care of her the last two years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Clayton Proffitt and sister, Sara Sheldon.  At Vickie’s request, cremation has taken place.
