Victoria Anne Mathis, age 62, of Tecumseh, passed away July 19, 2020 at home, surrounded by her family. She was born January 25, 1958 in Ann Arbor, MI, the daughter of Gilbert and Constance (Vasher) Hopkins. Victoria attended Ypsilanti Lincoln Schools and went on to earn her CNA certification from Washtenaw Community College. She was a home health aide working in the Washtenaw County area. Victoria was proud of her Catholic faith. She liked gardening, sewing, and all types of music. Victoria is survived by a son, Joseph (Kristina) Rothove of Oscoda; two daughters, Christina Rothove of Tecumseh, and Theresa Rothove of Britton; 7 grandchildren, Crystal, Chasity, D'Angelo, Ahnastasia, Gavin, Royce, and Gaige; 3 great grandchildren, Legend, Paris, and Lyric; parents, Gilbert (Constance) Hopkins of Willis, and several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and God Children. A private memorial service will be held, per Victoria's wishes.
