Victor Xiong

Victor Xiong was born on June 30, 1977 in Philadelphia, PA to GniaSu Xiong and Chue Moua. He was preceded in death by his father, GniaSu Xiong, and his younger brother, David Xiong. Victor is survived by his six siblings: Lee, Mary, Kelly, Peter, Mon, and Kabpa. He went to be with the Lord on October 15, 2022 at the age of 45 with his siblings and mom by his side. Victor was born with down syndrome and had medical complications at birth. However, he had a very normal childhood and grew up closely with his siblings and cousins. Victor loved art, video games, dancing, and listening to music. He understood Hmong and English, and was the most loving, gentle, and kind-hearted person. He could recall family members' names and always wanted to shake hands with everyone he met.  His family will always remember his positive attitude, sweet sense of humor, and his genuine soul. He had a way of lighting up a room and brightening anyone's mood. He will be dearly missed and will forever remain in our hearts.
