Troy Maurice Ruttkofsky

Troy Maurice Ruttkofsky, age 38, of Addison, MI, passed away, August 15, 2023, at home with his family. He was born November 27, 1984 in Adrian, MI, the son of John III & Caryl (Fish) Ruttkofsky. Troy was a graduate of Onsted High School, Class of 2003. He worked as a carpenter and owned his own company, South Central Building. Troy enjoyed watching football with his friends and family, fishing, riding dirt bikes and snowmobiles. He also enjoyed monster truck shows, demolition derbies and mud boggs. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his three sons. Troy is survived by his parents, John III & Caryl Ruttkofsky; three sons, Cannon Ruttkofsky, Cole Ruttkofsky and August Link; significant other, Rachel Link; his grandmother, Gertrude Fish; his siblings, Tiffany (Shayne) Eisenga, John IV (Kathrine) Ruttkofsky and Lindsey (Brett) Miron; one niece, Everly Eisenga; three nephews, John Ruttkofsky V, Nolan Ruttkofsky and Eli Eisenga; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John II & Inez Ruttkofsky and Maurice Fish; two aunts, Sandra Smith and JoAnn Howland; one uncle, Mark Fish; and five cousins.  Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, August 26, 2023, at St Mark's Lutheran Church, 11151 US-12, Brooklyn, MI, with Vicar Bryan Varblow officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.
