Tommie Lloyd Turpening

Tommie Lloyd Turpening, age 55, of Blissfield, MI, passed away, July 10, 2021, at the Toledo Hospital with his family by his side. He was born July 29, 1965, in Adrian, MI, the son of Tommie Lee & Sharon (Sharp) Turpening.  Tommie loved to fish and go camping. He was an avid sports fan of the Michigan Wolverines and Dallas Cowboys. Tommie was a diehard NASCAR fan. He also love to play jokes on his friends and family.  He is survived by his father, Tommie Lee Turpening; three children, Taylor (Steven Shelden) Turpening, Jordan Turpening and Brayden Turpening; five sisters, Tammie Manders, Shari (Kevin) Chamberlain, Kim (Brian) Dowell, Kristi Turpening and Penny Grammer; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Turpening; brother, Buddy Patrick; brother in law, Mike Manders; and stepmother, Judy Turpening.  Viewing & Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at J.
