Thomas W. Robinson

Thomas W. Robinson, age 85, of Adrian, MI, passed away, September 2, 2021.  He was born September 12, 1935, in Adrian, MI, the son of Ora & Florence (Young) Robinson. On December 14, 1957, he married Delphine Wood. She preceded him in death on November 28, 2017.  Thomas served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1952 to 1954. He was a CB enthusiast going by the handle "JJ".  He is survived by two sons, Jack Robinson and Thomas Jr. (Donna) Robinson; granddaughter who he raised as his daughter, Ranndie Robinson; his grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; and best friend, Jim Holden.  In addition to his wife Delphine Robinson, he was preceded in death by his parents, Ora & Florence Robinson; son, Robert Joseph Robinson; grandson, Robert Joseph Robinson Jr.; and six siblings.  Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, September 18, 2021, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Military Honors will be performed by the Tecumseh American Legion & Tecumseh VFW Honor Guard.
