Sarah Nell Seymore

Sarah Nell Seymore, age 82, of Adrian, MI, passed away, February 6, 2022, at Hospice of Lenawee. She was born June 27, 1939, in Lynn, Alabama the daughter of Burtis & Mildred (Courington) Horton. In June of 1957, she married Norman Seymore, he survives.  Sarah worked as a child care specialist for over 32 years at Maurice Spear Campus. She loved riding motorcycles and going camping with her husband Norman. Sarah loved family dearly, especially her grandchildren and was also a dog lover.  In addition to her husband Norman; she is survived by her children, Tami (Nick) Bandera, Brian Seymore, Michael Seymore and Bobby (Tracy) Seymore; and nine grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Seymore; her parents; Burtis & Mildred Horton; one brother, Don Horton; and one sister, Joyce Swill.  Memorial Services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, February 10, 2022, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Pastor Brian Jones officiating. Visitation will also be on Thursday from from 12:00 PM until the time of service at J.
