Ronald Lee Wright

Ronald Lee Wright, age 72, of Morenci, MI, went to be with The Lord, May 21, 2025, at Hospice of Lenawee Hospice Home. He was born July 5, 1952, in Bristol, TN, the son of Joseph & Helen (Pittman) Wright. On August 29, 1970, he married Freda Childers, she survives.  Ronald retired from Adrian Steel after 35 years of service. In his younger years, he would build hot rods with Dodge and Chrysler cars. He loved being outdoors, especially cutting wood. Ronald enjoyed spending time with his family, especially baby sitting his grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to his wife Freda Wright, he is survived by his children, Gary (Rossanna) Wright, Sandra (Salvatore) Grippi, April (Darrel) Shaffer, Stacey (Kent) Emerson and Marybeth (Brian) Johnson; fourteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one arriving soon; his siblings, Patricia Pence and Daniel Wayne Wright.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Helen Wright; one son, Ronald Lee Wright; and five brothers.  Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI with Dr. Samuel Wickard officiating. Burial will follow in Porter Packard Cemetery, Seneca Twp. MI.
