Robby Ty Loomis

Robby Loomis, age 61, of Jackson, Michigan, passed away on June 6, 2026.  Born on November 4, 1964, Robby was a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He worked as a skilled machinist throughout his career and was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family.  Robby enjoyed spending his time fishing, hunting, riding ATVs, and making memories with those he loved most. Whether he was outdoors enjoying nature or listening to his favorite AC/DC songs, he embraced life with passion and enthusiasm.  He is survived by his children, Sonni Loomis and Tony Loomis; his beloved grandchildren, Brantley Loomis, Kenson Skiver, Hank Skiver, and Buck Skiver; his mother, Dawn Lindsay; and his brothers, Todd Loomis, Terry Loomis, Craig Lindsay, and Jared Lindsay.  Robby will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, sense of humor, hard work, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created will be cherished forever by all who knew and loved him.  He may have taken his final ride, but his rock and roll spirit will live on forever.  Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday,June 20, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM @1246 W.
