Richard LeRoy Brosamer

Richard LeRoy Brosamer, age 79, of Tecumseh, died October 10, 2021. Richard was born December 25, 1941 in Adrian, Michigan the son of Roy and  Marcella (Boggs) Brosamer.   On August 21,1966 he married Madelaine Sherman in Clinton, Michigan and she survives..  Richard was a resident of the Tecumseh area for most of his adult life. He served his county in the United States Navy for four years. After 37 years of service Richard retired from Ford Motor Company as a tool and die maker. In addition to his wife, Madelaine, Richard is survived by a daughter, Monique (Gary) Urban; grandson, Conor Urban and brother, Carl Brosamer, all of Tecumseh.  He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Roy B. Brosamer; sister, Karen Irelan and brother, Robert Brosamer.  Visitation and memorial services will be 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 16, 2021 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.  Final resting place will be in Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh. Memorials in Richard's name may be made to Hospice of Lenawee.
