Richard Sr. (Dick Appleton), age 82 of Adrian Mi went to be with the Lord peacefully at home with his beloved wife Family and dogs on Friday September 23, 2022. He was born on Oct 20, 1939, in Vernon MI, son of Orville Appleton and Doris Briggs. On Aug 23, 1969, he married Sharon Storrs, they were happily married for 53 years. Richard (Dick Appleton) was an avid and beloved outdoors man, he loved to go, talk and anything hunting type person. He loved Bow and gun season with all his boys! Richard enjoyed going up north to spending time with the family and surrounded by the outdoors. Richard (Dick Appleton) was a Maintenance Man for 32 yrs. at Ervin Industries. He is survived by his wife Sharon and four sons. Duane, David, Dennis (Shannon), Richard (Amy); two daughters, Suzette (Ramon), Heather (Mike); thirteen Grandkids Jimmy, Travis, Cody, Sam, Justin, Garrot, Cassidy, Zachary, Steven, Jessica, Marcus, Alexis, Devon, Kayla; 25 great grandchildren and four dogs, he loved dearly with Chico now laying peacefully on Dad lap along with Winter, Sophie, and Peanut.
