Ramona Joyce Brownell

Ramona  Joyce  Brownell, age 90, of Adrian, MI, passed away, April 6, 2019. She was born September 15, 1928, in Prospect, OH, the daughter of Harry & Gladys (Miller) Evans. She married Robert J. Brownell, he preceded her in death in 1997. Ramona worked at American Chain & Cable in Adrian, MI, for 17 years. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Eberly of Fayette, OH, along with her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and one sister, Charlotte Hamilton.  In addition to her husband, Robert Brownell, she was preceded in death by her parents, Harry & Gladys Evans, daughter, Debbie Brownell Bays, grandson, Victor Bays, two sisters, Virginia Louise Gier and Margie Evans and half brother, Harry Evans, Jr.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 13, 2019, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens in Tecumseh, MI.
