Ralph E. Koon

Ralph E. Koon, age 76, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away, December 2, 2025, at home surrounded by his family.  He was born February 5, 1949, in Detroit, MI, the son of  Ralph & Ada (Hosey) Koon.  On June 13, 1970, he married Gloria Preslar, she survives.  Ralph served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietman War.  He retired from Ford Motor Company, Saline Plant, after 32 years of service.  In his spare time, Ralph enjoyed working on cars.  In addition to his wife, Gloria Koon, he is survived by his children, Crystal (Nathan) Jackson and Derek Koon; three grandsons, Nickolas Koon, Alex Koon and Matthew Koon; one sister, Rose Lowe of Tecumseh; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph & Ada Koon.  Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, December 8, 2025, at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI with Rev. William VanValkenburg officiating.  Military Honors will be performed by the Tecumseh American Legion & VFW Honor Guard Team  Viewing & Visitation will also be on Monday from 1:00 PM until the time of service at the Purse Funeral Home in Adrian, MI. www.PurseFuneralHome.com
