Phyllis Jean Pate

Phyllis Jean Pate, age 82, of Adrian, MI, passed away at Promedica Toledo Hospital on October 31, 2022. She was born in Adrian, MI, on December 24, 1939 and was the daughter of Clifford Brownell and Jean Pearcy. On January 18th, 1966 she married the love her life, Earl Pate. Phyllis loved taking care of her dog, Coco, socializing at Millers Family Restaurant and spending time with her granddaughter and great grandchildren. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved her grandchildren more than anything! Phyllis was an Angel on earth and one of the most selfless, kind, and caring people you will ever meet. If you had the pleasure of knowing her you were lucky. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Brownell and Jean Pearcy, her loving husband, Earl Pate and her great grandson, Niko Sarabia. Phyllis is survived by her only child, Clifford Pate, her only granddaughter, Kirstin (Mike) Sarabia and her 3 great grandchildren, Caleb, Desmond and Maceo Sarabia along with her beloved dog, Coco. Cremation has taken place. An intimate memorial service will take place at Fairfield Cemetery, 7001 S Adrian Hwy, Jasper, MI 49248 on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 11:30AM.  Arrangements with J.
