Peter Maxwell Janke

Peter Maxwell Janke, age 71 of Tecumseh, MI, passed away Tuesday August 8, 2023 at home after battling cancer. Pete was born on March 7, 1952 in Bay City, MI. He was a wonderful and devoted husband, father and Papa. He enjoyed the outdoors; especially golf and fishing, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, JoLaine; daughters, Jennifer and Julia, and grandchildren who he adored; Braiden, Maiya, Rose & Ruby. Pete is also survived by his brothers; John (Gina) Janke, Jeffrey (Lisa) Janke, Steve Janke & many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Louis & Esther (Brown) Janke and brother, Mark Janke. Pete will be missed by all who knew him and his memory will live on forever.
