Paul Torres, Sr.

Paul S. Torres, Sr., age 78, of Adrian, MI, passed away, April 23, 2022, at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Residence in Sylvania, OH. He was born April 17, 1944, the son of Felipe Sr. & Estella (Salas) Torres.  Paul Torres Sr. was a loving and devoted father to four children. He was a friend, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle, but most of all an amazing father. Paul loved a lot of things, but what he loved most was family. He loved the outdoors, and traveling from Michigan to Florida and Texas to see family. Paul was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Paul will be loved and missed by many. He is in a better place now, and no longer suffering. Paul is with the Lord. Rest in heaven Paul Torres Sr.  He is survived by his wife, Paula Torres; his children, Paul Jr. (Marcia) Torres, Leslie (Lance) Mansfield and Paul Jesse (Amanda) Torres; his grandchildren, Paul Adam (Stephanie) Torres, Andrea Nicole Torres, Vanessa Martinez Torres, Joseph Torres, Lacey (Corey) Middaugh, Lance Mansfield, Tatiana Torres, Jisella Torres, Joslyn Torres, Isaiah Torres, and Paul Jesse Torres Jr.; many great grandchildren; four brothers, Joe Ramirez, Pete Torres and Santiago "Jim" (Rosalee) Torres, and Joe Torres; four sisters; Mary Mota, Margaret (Phillip) Hughes, Estella Wimberly and Virginia Casarez; along with numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Felipe Sr. & Estella Torres; one son, Randy Torres; two brothers, Jesse Torres and Felipe Torres Jr.; two sisters, Rosa Torres and Melody Torres; and granddaughter, Kelsey Torres.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, May 7, 2022, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.
