Patricia Ann (Stapish) Tyitye

Patricia Ann Tyitye, age 81, of Tecumseh, passed away October 18, 2021. Patricia was born April 7, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Joseph and Alice (Stoner) Stapish.  On January 9, 1960 she married George Tyitye in Detroit, Mi and he survives.  She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, arts and crafts.  She loved doing puzzles and playing cards. In addition to her husband, George, she is survived by her children Bryan (Linda) Tyitye and Tracy (James) Trigg; grandchildren, Kristine, Kathleen (Steven), Kari, Kelle (Jeremy), Season and Alicen; great grandsons, Landyn, Parker and Michael; brother, John (Jan) Stapish and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and 10 brothers and sisters. Visitation and viewing will be 3:00 to 7:00 P.M Thursday, October 21, 2021 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh . A scripture service will be held at 5:30 P. M. with Fr. Daniel Wheeler officiating.  Final resting place will be at Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock, Michigan.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Lenawee Humane Society.
