Michele Jeannine "Shelly" Remmele

Michele Jeannine Remmele "Shelly", age 53, of Adrian, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on January 27, 2026. Michele was born in Adrian at Bixby Medical Center to Dennis & Linda Remmele on July 26, 1972. She graduated from Addison High School class of 1991. She had a passion for Nightmare Before Christmas, coloring games on her phone, and she was a loyal Michigan’s fan as well as a Lion’s fan. She adored her grand puppy Bandit and her cats Smokey and Ranger.  Michele is survived by her mother Linda Remmele, sister Melissa (Gary) Prater, her daughters Courtney (Brandyn) Paul, Cherokee and Elizabeth Pinter, her grandchildren Cole, Zxavion, and Khamaron, and her three nieces Sheanna (Tyler) Kelley, Takota (Kevin) Voelzke, Sierra (Trea) Eads.  She was “mom” to so many others and “grandma” to their children. She is preceded in death by her father Dennis Remmele.  The family will be holding a celebration of life at a later date for loved ones and friends to show their respects.  With her passing she leaves behind a love that will never fade and memories that will live on in the hearts of all that knew her. She had the gift of loving everyone around her, friend or stranger. She was always offering kindness, warmth, and a sweet spirit that never went unnoticed. Even on the hardest days she carried a positive energy that lifted those around her. Though our hearts ache in her absence we find comfort knowing she has been called home to rest with her dad in eternal peace surrounded by God’s love. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and longingly remembered always.
