Michael L. Fox

Michael  L.  Fox, age 77, of Adrian, MI, passed away, on September 10, 2021 at his home surrounded by his beloved family.  He was born February 19, 1944, in Adrian, MI, the son of Harold & Phyllis (June) Fox.  He served in the U.S. Army from December 1963 to December 1966 where he was a rifle sharpshooter & marksman.  He also received a National Defense Service Medal.  He was employed at D & C Plumbing & Heating in Tecumseh, MI, for over 30 years.  Michael was a proud Teamster in Local 247.  He was proud of 43 years of sobriety in AA.  In his free time Michael enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling.  He also enjoyed going Up North and to the casinos and playing scratch offs.  He is survived by his wife, Kathy Fox; his children, Michelle (Dan) Lulham of Adrian, Stephanie (Jake) Miller of Jerome, Sheryl (Todd) Moore of Clark Lake, Lynette Krohn of Sarasota, FL and Michael H. Fox of Lansing; two step-sons, Jimmy (Angi) Pickford and Kelby Pickford of Adrian; 13 grandchildren, 12 great -grandchildren; four brothers, Jerry (Beth) Fox, Gary (Joyce) Jackson, John (Rosalie) Jackson and Alan (Janet) Warren; one sister, Patty Gibson; foster siblings, Candace Lombard, Connie Marceau, Brad Taft and Lisa Marks.  He was preceded in death by both his parents; one sister, Rose Marie; foster parents, Hyrtle & Barb Taft; son in law, Kevin Krohn and step-son, Kaleb Pickford.  Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.  A celebration of life will take place at a later date due to the current pandemic.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
