Martin "Marty" John Boot Jr.

Martin “Marty” John Boot Jr, age 64 ,of Adrian, went to be with the Lord peacefully on April 19, 2022. Marty was born July 8, 1957 in Grand Haven, Michigan the son of Martin and Carol (Regelin) Boot, Sr. Marty graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1976. After graduation he went on to work in the family business at Tecumseh Thermoplastics.  Marty found comfort in attending church and reading his Bible, he loved spending time with his family, being outdoors and swimming, enjoying a good meal, especially BBQ, and going out to play some pool with friends and family. Marty faced mini trials and tribulations in his lifetime but his family takes comfort in knowing that he is free from the burdens and physical limitations that this world offered him. He is lovingly remembered by his sons, Martin John Boot III and Bryan Boot; two grandchildren, Kiera and Isaiah Boot; parents, Martin Sr and Carol; sisters, Lisa Sees and Brenda (Paul) Marcyan; many nieces, nephews, aunt's uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lori Burkhardt; grandparents, Martin and Hilda Boot, John and Verna Regelin. Per Marty's wishes services and burial will be private in Grand Haven, MI on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. A viewing and visitation for family and friends will be  held at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home of Tecumseh on Monday April 25, 2022 from 4-6 PM with a small service at 5 PM. with Pastor Waters of Blissfield Bible Holiness Church.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lenawee Humane Society in honor of Marty.
