Our Wonder Woman, Martha McIntyre, age 82 of Tecumseh passes on and leaves her special powers with her daughters on March 29, 2022. Master Gardening, excellent cooking, flower arranging, paper crafting, Girl Scout Troup leading, and parent assisting an Indiana State Champion Girls HS Cross Country team. She was born on January 23, 1940 in Portland, Oregon to Kenneth O. and Elizabeth (Thompson) Warner. Martha attended Depauw University in Greencastle, IN. This is where she met her husband Tom and they were happily married for 62 years. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Tom McIntyre; daughters, Lisa Fredericksen and Carol (Rob) Benedict; grandchildren, Erik (Marissa) Fredericksen, Dana Fredericksen and Valerie Benedict; sister, Sarah (Bob) Carter and brother, Kenneth T. Warner. She was proceeded in death by her parents and son, David A. McIntyre. Per Marty's wishes no formal services will be held and cremation has take place. The family will have a celebration of her life at a later date this summer. Martha is and was the person we all strive to be: kind, curious, smart, funny, courageous, and much more than all of those things. She possessed a wonder and reverence for nature and living things, and brought us all her grace in living. Sadly she will not be receiving an Oscar this year for her role as Wonder Woman, however, her family has nominated her for a Lifetime Achievement Award.
