Lloyd Franklin Bice

Lloyd Franklin Bice, age 92, of Hudson, MI, formerly of Clayton, passed away, March 6, 2021, at home with his family. He was born April 22, 1928, in Weston, MI, the son of Leonard Bice & Bertha (Simpson) Pfund. On October 9, 1945, he married Gwenna Clark, she survives.  Lloyd worked at Hoover Ball Bearing for over 32 years. He enjoyed working in his yard, going to car auctions with his friend Hal Roberts and visiting with friends.  In addition to his wife of 75 years, Gwenna Bice; he is survived by three daughters, L. Joanne (Bob) Ferguson, S. Jeanne (Dick) Bohs and Nancy Close; nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Bice; mother and step-father, Bertha & Elmer Pfund, twelve sibiings and one granddaughter, Jennifer. He will be missed by all that knew him.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday March 12, 2021, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian, MI. Visitation will also be on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the J.
