With hearts full of love, we share the unexpected passing of Linda Nufer on June 9, 2025.  Linda Rae Nufer (Berghuis) was born July 20th, 1947, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to the late Raymond Berghuis and Mary Jane Flach. Linda was a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who lived a life with a love for sweet treats, her unshakable loyalty to Diet Coke, a keen eye for birdwatching, and a love for fishing. Her love for family history ran deep, and she shared it like a treasured story with anyone willing to listen.  Linda leaves behind her daughters, Angela (David) Sparks and Becky (Frank) Orfin; her grandchildren, Ami (Jason) Wroblewski, Sara Sparks, and Zach (Claire) Orfin; and a great-granddaughter. Linda reunites with her husband, David Nufer; her sister, Karen Gorden; her brother, Dennis Berghuis; and her granddaughter, Dominique Deal-Armstrong.  Cremation has taken place.  Arrangements with Purse Funeral Home.  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
