Linda E. Holden

Linda  E.  Holden, age 79, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away, October 3, 2025 at Lenawee Medical Care Facility.  She was born November 9, 1945, in Ft. Benning, GA, the daughter of Paul & Rosie (Shores) Covell.  On January 25, 1965, she married, Russell Holden, he preceded her in death on August 21, 2019.  Linda worked at McDonald's in Tecumseh and also the Fabricare Laundromat in Tecumseh for many years.  She was a member of the Tecumseh Assembly of God Church.  Linda loved spending time family and friends and attending church events and parades.  She is survived by her children, Jim Holden and Barb Holden, eight grandchildren; Joshua, Kelsie, Haley, Andy, Amber, Heaven, Beth and Samantha; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Connie Booten and Charlene Covell ;and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband Russell, she was preceded in death by her parents, Paul & Rosie Covell, one son, Harry Holden; and her brother, Paul Covell II.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in Ridgeway Cemetery.  Viewing & Visitation will also be on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the Purse Funeral Home in Adrian, MI.  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
