Larry Dean Smith

Larry Dean Smith, 72, of Clinton, passed away on December 23.  He was born on February 25, 1948, in Hudson, to Phillip and Emma (Deline) Smith. He attended Adrian Public Schools. On July 11, 1970 he married Gurine (Schulze) in Tecumseh and they shared 49 years together before her death on November 29th, 2019. Larry worked in customer service for many years. He enjoyed spending time at his home with his family and was a loyal supporter of our military veterans. Larry is survived by his children, Daniell Smith, Eric Smith, and Nathan Smith (Danny Stevens); his brothers, Gerald (Hilda) Cool and Lynn Cool;  his sister, Diana Doucet;  and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Gurine, he was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Harold Cool. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
