Larry Lee Deline

Larry Lee DeLine, age 74, of Adrian, MI, passed away on April 24, 2026 at Hospice of Lenawee Hospice Home.  He was born in Detroit, MI to Otis and Gloria DeLine on September 13, 1951. Larry attended Adrian High School and graduated in 1970. He received various awards for his participation in baseball and football.  Larry worked as a foundry worker for Ervin Amasteel for 30 years. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and bowling. Larry also enjoyed attending church services at Adrian First Church of the Nazerine, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.  Larry is survived by his wife Margaret Deline of Adrian and 3 children: Joe DeLine (Aimee), Jeremy Sell (Deborah) and Teresa Tuttle (Jason). Grandchildren: Kimberly Pitt Melinda Blackledge (Jason), Arrimia Handy (Jonathan), Jay Ruiz, Tayler Sell (Amanda), Caleb Sell (Riley) , Veronica Tuttle, Joshua Sell, Lucas Sell, Amber Korte (Jacob), Hannah Sell, Angela Tuttle, Mary (Drew) Dempsey and Katheryn DeLine and 10 great grandchildren.  Siblings: Ken DeLine, Cathy Miller (Ron) and Deb Salvatore (Sal).  He is preceded in death by his son Larry DeLine ll, Otis DeLine father, Gloria Powers mother, McKinley Powers Jr., stepfather and brother, Ron DeLine.  Because of Larry's love for animals we are asking that any donations are made in his name to Lenawee County Humane Society.  There will be a Memorial Dinner for him at Adrian First Church of the Nazarene, 50 Industrial Drive, Adrian, Michigan, Friday May 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM.  Larry will be remembered as a faithful man of God, hard worker, honest and trustworthy and a man who loved his family.  Arrangements with Purse Funeral Home.  www.PurseFuneralHome.com
