Kathleen Ann Henning

Kathleen Ann Henning age 53, of Tecumseh, MI passed away unexpectedly May 6, 2022. Kathleen was born March 14, 1969 in Tecumseh the daughter of David Henning and Sherry Packard. Kathy graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1987. She was on the Homecoming Queen Court for 2 years. She attended Western Michigan University and graduated from The University of Michigan in 1994, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She excelled in writing and was an excellent typist. Kathy worked at The University of Michigan Department of Neurosurgery, U of M Department of Urology (Pediatric) as a Medical Secretary and also Legal Secretary in Ann Arbor. Kathy enjoyed traveling with her father and sister, especially the Western States and Mexico. She loved nature and long walks. Kathy also loved animals, especially dogs. Kathy is survived by her father, David (Lolly) Henning; sister, Lisa Henning; and brothers, Vince (Kristin) Vescelius and Mike Vescelius.. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sherry Ann (Packard) Ervin; grandparents, Gladwin "Jake" and Thelma Henning and Lawrence "Stub" and Harriet Packard. A mass of the Christian Burial will be 12:00 P. M. Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.  Burial of ashes will follow in Brookside Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her mother, Sherry Ann (Packard) Ervin. Visitation will be one hour prior to the mass at the church.
