Kate Ransom Miller

Kate Ransom Miller, age 50, of Hudson, MI, passed away, October 20, 2022, at home with her family. She was born on June 17, 1972, in Royal Oak, MI, the daughter of Bill & Norma (Holland) Ransom.  Kate was a graduate of Hudson High School, Class of 1990. She was a cheerleader in Middle School and her Freshman year. Following graduation, she earned her certification as a nail technician and worked in various manufacturing jobs.  Kate is survived by her parents, Bill & Norma Ransom; her son, Billy Young; brother, Chris Ransom; and several aunts, uncles & cousins.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Ransom; niece, Chelsea Childers; and her grandparents; Clare & Frances Ransom and Quincy Holland.  Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with her uncle Bob Ransom officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgeway Cemetery. Viewing & Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and also on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at J.
