Karen Smith Obituary

Karen E. Smith, age 79, of Adrian, MI, passed away, December 4, 2022 at home with her family. Karen taught French at Adrian High School and help her husband with their business, Paul Smith Oil Company. Later in life, she worked at Bixby Hospital. She is survived by two daughters, Leigh (Mark) Horan and Lynne (Jason) Therrien; one son, Mark Smith; three granddaughters, Raegan, Gwendelyn and Elaina; and two grandsons, Val and Grayson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Smith; and her parents. According to her wishes, private services will be held. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Hospice of Lenawee for the wonderful care they provided for Karen.
