Karen "Kernee" Lee Bosley, age 64, of Brooklyn, MI, passed away March 24, 2021, at her home. Karen was a loving wife, mother of eight and grandmother of fourteen. She was born January 29, 1957, in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Joseph & Linalea (Hartley) Adams. On December 30, 1983, Karen married Robert Bosley, he survives. Together they raised four sons and four daughters. Karen was a school bus driver for Columbia Central for 29 years. She had a passion for her family, the outdoors, fishing, playing bingo and going to the movies. Karen loved reading Stephen King books. She was known for her kindness and compassion for family & friends. In addition to her loving husband of 38 years, Robert Bosley, she is survived by her children, Stephen (Tia) Bosley, Robert Bosley Jr., Billy (Linda) Smith, Tony (Miranda) Smith, Beth (Andy) Dingman, Marcia McDonough, Katina Deaton and Melissa (Mark) Baker, fourteen grandchildren; four brothers, Denny (Marg) Adams, Joe (Julie) Adams, Lorne (Cindy) Adams and Eugene "Mike" Adams; two sisters, Cindy (Louis) Simmons and Jenny Adams; and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe & Linalea Adams, father in law & mother in law, George & Hermina "Mom" Bosley and one grandson, Beau Baker. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 3, 2021, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with her brother, Pastor Joe Adams officiating.
