Jose (Joe) Isidoro Sanchez

Jose (Joe) Isidoro Sanchez, age 87, of Tecumseh, passed away September 11, 2020. Joe was born March 10, 1933 in Alita, Texas the son of Isidoro and Amelia (Lerma) Sanchez.  On December 20, 1953 he married Feliz Garza in Laredo, Texas and she survives.  He retired from Tecumseh Products after 46 years of service and also worked part time at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Tecumseh, where he was a a member.  In his later years he worked for Martins in Tecumseh. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Tecumseh. In addition to his wife Feliz, Joe is survived by his children, Gloria Sanchez Courtney, Sylvia Vargas and Jamie Sanchez; grandchildren, Miller Sash, Jody Martin, Brian Michael Miller and Misty Vargas; great grandchildren, Ahliyainna Marshman, Cameron Miller, Isaiah Miller, Gabriel Miller, Aliciya Martin and Logan Vargas; great great grandson, Weston Marshman and nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jose I. Sanchez, Jr; 9 brothers and 2 sisters. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service is being planned
