Jesus Manuel Torres Rivera

Jesus Manuel Torres Rivera, age 80, of Adrian, MI, passed away, October 21, 2025, at home surrounded by his family under the compassionate care of Hospice of Lenawee.. He was born December 25, 1944, in Villalba, Puerto Rico the son of Virgilio Torres & Amalia Rivera.  Jesus served his county in the U.S. Army.  He is survived by his wife, Josefina Lopez; his children, Yaritza Rodriguez Lopez and Julio E. Rodriguez; and his grandchildren, Julio A. Rodriguez and Dereck Torres. He was preceded in death by his parents.  Viewing & Visitation will be on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. A Prayer Service will also be held on Friday with Fr. Michael Newman presiding. Burial will take place at 11:30 AM Monday, October 27, 2025, at Ft.
