Jerry Duane Rogers, Sr., age 67, of Clayton, MI, passed away, August 13, 2021, at Hickman ProMedica Hospital. He was born April 13, 1954, in Hillsdale, MI, the son of Lyle & Alma (Allen) Rogers. Jerry was a graduate of Union City High School, Class of 1972. He then went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army as a Paratrooper. Jerry is survived by his wife, Sandra Rogers; his children, Robbie Poley, Jerry Duane Rogers Jr., Joshua (Melissa) Rogers, Jermiah Rogers, Autumn (Delbert) Howard and Amber Hill; his step-children, Randy (Donna) Poley, Candy Gillespie and Mandy (Michael) Clark; twenty-two grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; his siblings, Cheryl (Gary) Dearth, Gary (Rose) Rogers, Doug (Irma) Rogers, Dave (Candy) Rogers, Dennis (Lindy) Rogers, Deb (Joe) Young, Steve (Kathy) Pickett and Sue Pickett; and numerous nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle (Ruth) Rogers and Alma Rogers.
