Jerry Rhea Howell, age 77, of Tecumseh, passed away June 1, 2019. Jerry was born September 7, 1941 in Johnson City, Tennessee the daughter of Jack and Virginia (Oakes) Taylor. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of life is planned for a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.
