Jeffrey Lynn Pernie, 57 years old, known by many as Wolfman, passed away on December 30 2020, at Hospice of Lenawee in Adrian, Michigan. He was born August 18, 1963, in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Eugene Clo and Thelma Henderson. He is survived by his mother, Thelma Henderson of Clinton, Michigan; brother Keith Pernie (Gwen); wife Brenda Pernie; son Dustin Pernie; daughter Jessica Bailey; grandchildren Hayley N. Lofton (Don), Anjoleigh S. Butler, Trey M. Butler, Charli M. Bailey; great-granddaughter Remy Denise-Rose Lofton; and many nieces and nephews and many other family members. He was proceeded in death by his sisters, Patricia Gagneur and Kimberly Henderson. He fought a courageous battle against Cancer, right until the very end. Jeff was a loving husband, father, son and papaw. He was born and raised in Michigan, until 1995 when he moved to Tennessee, where he lived a happy and adventurous life for 30 years. He loved camping, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, and time with his family. He lived for the outdoors, even raised himself a pack of wolves. Jeff was an Ace Carpenter of log cabins, and renovater of historical homes. Wolf met many people through his trade, all of which cared for him and his input. He spent the last two years of his life back home in Michigan with his loving family.
