Jeannine McIntyre

Jeannine McIntyre, age 69, of Clinton, MI, passed away, February 28, 2023, at CedarWoods Assisted Living & Memory Care.  She was born February 6, 1954, in Adrian, MI, the daughter of Glenn & Mildred (Wellhoff) Stites. On August 23, 1975, she married Charles McIntyre Sr., he preceded her in death on July 5, 2022.  Jeannine enjoyed scrap booking, fishing, playing cards, genealogy, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.  Jeannine is survived by her children, Jennifer Rose Cardenas and Charles Jr. (Heather) McIntyre; four grandchildren, Marcus Henry McIntyre-Cardenas, Ashton Marie Cardenas, Emily Rose McIntyre and Lillian Marie McIntyre; brother, Fred Stites; and many nieces & nephews.  In addition to her husband, Charles McIntyre Sr., she was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn & Mildred Stites; one sister, Thelma First.  A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial of cremains will take place at a later date in Raisin Presbyterian Cemetery. www.PurseFuneralHome.com
