Harold Monroe Fields

Harold Monroe Fields, age 75, of Clinton, passed away January 4, 2022. Harold was born January 5, 1946 in Cumberland, Kentucky the son of David and Dorothy (Anderson) Fields.  He was a graduate of Kingdom Come High School in Kentucky and attended Berea College, Berea, KY.  He retired from Wayne State University Maintenance Department.  Harold was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 80 for fifty plus years. Harold is survived by his son, David (Melissa) Fields of Clinton; grandchildren, Everett and Ethan  Fields; brothers, Tom Fields and Jay (Pam) Fields and sister, Brenda (Willis) Hogg. Funeral services will be 4:00 P. M. Monday, January 10, 2022 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Rev. Henry Jordan officiating.  Visitation will be 1:00 to 4:00 P. M. Monday preceding the funeral service.  Burial will take place in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
