Geraldine (Steadman) Church

Geraldine Church, age 68, of Adrian, MI, passed away, April 14, 2021. She was born July 7, 1952, in Adrian, MI, the daughter of George & Norma (Knowlan) Steadman. Gerry married Melvyn Church, he preceded her in death on March 27, 2017. Gerry was a lover of animals and an avid gardener. She was a loved mother & grandmother. Gerry was a kind soul who always saw the good in people. She will be greatly missed. Gerry was a business owner for many years and an accomplished artist all of her life. She is survived by her children, Tory and Nicole; her grandchildren, Rowan and Dayo; and one brother, Lou Steadman. In addition to her husband Melvyn, she was preceded in death by her parents, George & Norma Steadman; and one brother, Gerald Steadman. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI.
