Edith May (Warren) Webb

Edith May Webb, age 85, of Adrian, passed away April 20, 2020 at Gaslight Assisted Living, Adrian. She was born May 4, 1934, in Hillsdale, MI, the daughter of Herbert and Hazel (Stafford) Warren. On June 16, 1952, she married Ray M. Webb at the Church of the Nazarene, Reading, MI. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2007. Edith was a lifetime member of the Church of the Nazarene. She was a foster parent to four children. Edith is survived by her son, Marlin (Rhonda) Webb of Adrian; grandson Derrick (Rowena) Webb of Adrian; 3 great grandchildren, Noah, Marciana, and Alexandra; two brothers, Jake Warren and Jim Warren, both of Hillsdale; and sister, Betty Noblett. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray and son Harlan. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2020 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Rev. Dr. David Fulk, Jr. officiating.  Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery, Tipton. Visitation will also be held Friday, April 24, 2020 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh, from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral service and will be limited in accordance with the CDC recommendations & the State of Michigan Executive order.
