Donna Louise Hanes

Donna Louise Hanes, age 71, of Onsted, MI, passed away, January 25, 2025, at home with her family. She was born March 30, 1953, in Brighton, MI, the daughter Clarence Seigle & Dorothy Schebor. Donna was a graduate of Brighton High School. On May 21, 1980, she married Michael Hanes, he survives.  Donna was a lifelong companion to her husband and large part of the lives of all her family and friends. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.  In addition to her husband Mike, she is survived by her children, William (Sarah) Hanes, Jessica Mapes, Marko Hanes, Franklin Hanes, Sarah Hanes and Daniel Hanes; her grandchildren, Alison, Michael, Ashley, River, Magdelina, Alastor, Khloe, Kira and Kulture; one brother, Clarence Seigle; two sisters, Sharon (Randy) Herrel, Susan Seigle; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents.  A Celebration of Life will be held on February 15, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Irish Hills Eagles, 9500 Wamplers Lake Road, Brooklyn, MI 49230.
