Donald Jeffers

Donald Jeffers, 63, entered his eternal rest on Sunday, May 8, 2022 while sleeping. Don was born in Bellaire, Ohio to Sanford and Patricia Jeffers and was raised in Glencoe, Ohio along with his brothers, Sanford Jr., Wayne (deceased), and sister, Joyce Saksa. He spent many happy days there playing games, swimming and fishing in the creek, and hunting on the hillsides. He married Sue Ann (Clark) in 1980 and following were the best days of his life. He loved her fiercely, and they were blessed by a daughter, Joy, in 1987. Don work hard to give them a good life. He had a big impact on his family and the lives of those around him. After high school, Don received degrees in Mechanics, and Electronics (Belmont Tech), and Business (Ohio U), and also studied Robotics. One of the first hired when Lenawee Stamping opened, he worked over 30 years for the company now known as Kirchhoff Automotive. In death, he donated to the Gift of Life Michigan. He has been cremated and his remains will be spread on a hillside in his beloved Ohio home area. Financial gifts will be used by his family to fund this trip .A simple Service of Remembrance and a picnic/visitation will be held on Saturday, May 21 starting at 11 AM in the yard of the Raisin Valley Friends Church, 3552 N. Adrian Hwy. (inside in case of rain), with Pastor Doug Chandler presiding.
