Dewey Glenn Nine

Dewey Glenn Nine age 82, of Blissfield, MI, passed away, September 20, 2023, at Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania, OH. He was born June 14, 1941, in Parsons, West Virginia, the son of Clifford & Mildred (Hebb) Nine. September 21, 1961, he married Patricia Fuhrman, she preceded him in death on December 2, 2018. He is survived by his son, Scott (Ylisse Yepez) Nine; two granddaughters, Savannah Nine and Siennah "Sisi" Nine, his siblings; Lenora Greene, Marvin (Ruth) Nine and Jerry (Linda) Nine; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Dewey was also an avid bowler with his wife Pat. Other interest included hunting from deer to mushrooms, silver and gold coin collecting and antiques. A very quiet and personal man, he made sure that everyone was taken care of. In addition to his wife, Pat Nine, he was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Mildred Nine, one brother, Donald Nine. Memorial Services will be held 7:00 PM Friday, October 6, 2023, at J. Gilbert Purse Home, 2959 N. Adrian, Adrian, MI. Visitation will also be on Friday from 5:00 PM until the time time of service at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
