Deborah Gail Soper (Hubbard) of LaFollette TN passed peacefully surrounded by love on January 22, 2020 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan. Deborah wa born July 14th, 1953 and was raised in LaFollette Tn, However she spent most of her life in Michigan where she raised her three children. Deborah graduated from Summerfield High School in Petersburg Mi June 1972. Deborah was proceeded in death by her beloved grandmother Matilda Roberts, Father Joe Hubbard Jr, Mother Flossie Mae Hubbard (Roberts) and sister Dora Jean Hubbard. Surving her are her husband John Soper, Brothers Joe (Paula) and Michael (Terry) Hubbard. Children Steve (Anne) Vermilyea, Amy (Lanny) Caudill and Billy Vermilyea. Step children Amada (Justin) Wells, John Soper, and Adam (Jenny) Soper. She will also be missed by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many aunts, uncles and cousins. One thing that everyone would agree about Deborah is that she never met a stranger.
